Unfortunatly, we do not allow any pets at our property.

The pool is open from 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM. There is no lifeguard on duty. Upon Check In, guests are required to sign an acknowledgement of this policy. No child under the age of 16 is permitted in the pool or pool area without an adult.

Off-season hours may vary.

Guests are not permitted to smoke in the rooms. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettees, marijuana, and any other form of smoking.

Our Front Desk/Office is open from 7:00 AM – 10:30 PM. In case of emergency, we have a representative living on site to assist with any issues when the office is closed. If you require a Check In later than 10:30 PM, please contact the Front Desk to make arrangements. (609) 522 – 4078

We require our guests to be at least 25 years of age or older to rent a room. Identification will be checked upon arrival. Misrepresentation voids reservation.

Deposits are refundable if notified two weeks in advance of your arrival date. Cancellations, and Reservations, made within two weeks of your arrival date are NON-REFUNDABLE. A $10 service charge will be applied to all refunds. No Refunds due to early departure or inclement weather.

We accept Debit and Credit Cards, Cash, Money Orders and Travelers Checks. However, we do not accept Personal Checks upon arrival.
